Responsibilities
1. Data Entry : Accurately record daily financial transactions into accounting system
2. Account Payable (AP) : Process supplier invoices, verify all documents, prepare analysis and prepare payment
3. Account Receivable (AR) : Monitor customer invoices and incoming fund and update accordingly
4. Posting from Inventory : Posting of Closing Inventory to Accounting System and ensure all data are correctly recorded
5. Bank Reconciliation : Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation
6.Prepare cash forecast (mid-month and month)
7. Document Management :Filing of documents
8. Administrative support : Assist with general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
