Job Description

Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage).

  2. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.

  3. Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).

  4. Basic knowledge in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.

  5. Able to work online and handle digital communication with customers.

  6. Target-oriented and willing to learn new sales techniques.

  7. Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

  8. Good attitude, polite, and able to handle customers professionally.

  9. Willing to attend training (online/offline) when required.

  10. Able to work full-time and commit to company goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Learn and perform the duties of a Marketing and Sales Officer according to company procedures.

  2. Communicate with customers online through social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.), email, chat, and video calls to build relationships and understand their needs.

  3. Present and explain products or services online based on each customer’s interest.

  4. Follow up with customers on time to keep them engaged and answer their questions.

  5. Negotiate and close sales by clearly explaining product benefits, prices, and value.

  6. Record all customer interactions and sales activities properly in the system.

  7. Use customer information to give more personal and suitable offers.

  8. Handle customer questions or concerns and help them make decisions.

  9. Work with the creative and media team to improve customer experience and share feedback.

  10. Track and report sales performance such as number of customers, conversion rate, total sales, and feedback.

  11. Make sure customers have a good experience so they come back and refer others.

  12. Learn about products, industry trends, and competitors to explain products better.

  13. Attend training sessions when required (online or offline).

  14. Work full-time with honesty, responsibility, and dedication.

  15. Follow company rules, ethics, and instructions as long as they do not go against Islamic teachings and Malaysian law.

  16. Keep the workplace clean and safe.

  17. Be loyal to the company and help it succeed.

  18. Give full attention and effort to your work.

  19. Do other tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

  20. Report any misconduct or damage done by other staff.
