Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level education.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage.

Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues in the kitchen.

Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with company guidelines.

Able to follow kitchen SOP and instructions from Supervisor or Chef.

Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.

Assist in basic food preparation, including cutting, washing, and preparing ingredients.

Support chefs and kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking tasks.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

Assist with stock replenishment and proper storage of ingredients.

Follow kitchen SOP and instructions from the chef or supervisor.

Wash and maintain kitchen utensils, equipment, and preparation areas.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
