·       Experience in FMCG sales, business development, marketing, or related field is preferred.

·       Experience in supermarket listing and distributor management is an advantage.

·       Familiar with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

·       Possess own transport. 

·       Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and wholesale networks.

·       Secure product listings in supermarkets, retail chains, convenience stores, and other retail channels.

·       Manage and grow online sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

·       Plan and execute branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

·       Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners.

·       Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

·       Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

·       Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory planning.

·       Prepare sales reports and provide recommendations for business growth.

·       Support the development of new products, packaging, and marketing materials.
