Full Time Project Executive or Coordinator Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in MAXXUN ENGINEERING SDN BHD Bintulu - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Planning: Maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and preparing status reports, timesheets and reports compilation.
• Coordination & Communication: Organizing meetings, distributing minutes, and acting as a point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Monitoring Progress: Following up on actions/decisions and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Resource Management: Ordering supplies, managing project assets, and assisting with site logistics.

Common Requirements

• Education: A diploma or degree in science or engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years in project coordination or oil and gas experiences
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Base in Bintulu

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
