Must Have:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Leasing, or related roles.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with good coordination and follow-through

Good to Have:

- Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or commercial leasing environments.

- Willing to travel for site visits and tenant meetings.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines independently

Tenant Acquisition & Leasing

- Source and secure suitable tenants to achieve occupancy targets and support business growth

- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective tenants.

- Conduct outreach, presentations, negotiations, and tenancy agreement discussions.

- Evaluate tenant concepts, menus, and positioning to ensure alignment with outlet strategy.

- Support leasing strategies and identify opportunities to improve tenant acquisition processes.

Tenant Onboarding & Relationship Management

- Coordinate tenant onboarding and ensure pre-opening requirements are completed.

- Guide tenants through setup processes, including utilities, equipment, and store readiness

- Manage lease renewals and tenancy-related matters.

Operations & Reporting

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards

- Work closely with internal departments to support smooth daily operations and outlet openings.

- Maintain leasing records and monitor occupancy, renewals, and tenant performance.
