  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and online shopping platforms

  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Fast learner with a willingness to take feedback and improve

  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)

  • Previous customer service, sales, or ecommerce experience is a bonus but not required

Tanggungjawab

  • Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, and other channels

  • Help customers choose the right sleep products based on their needs

  • Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the purchasing journey

  • Handle order-related inquiries, delivery updates, and after-sales support

  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience

  • Support social media engagement by replying to comments and messages

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and content-related tasks

  • Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
