Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Provide financial guidance and support to management.
