Full Time HR Payroll Assistant - Based at Demak Laut Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Secret Recipe Sarawak Sarawak - Maukerja

• Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
• Entering start and end times onto the payroll software.
• Capturing approved annual and sick leave.
• Ensuring that compensation for overtime work is calculated at the appropriate rate and that annual leave is calculated accordingly, if applicable.
• Confirming that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly.
• Preparing and distributing electronic payslips.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma, STPM, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willing to take on challenges and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
• Possess a high level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
