Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and performance standards.

Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning the restaurant.
