Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) for defect reporting and management.

Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) to develop and maintain automated test scripts.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.

Ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin being a significant advantage.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests is desirable.

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software applications, ensuring alignment with product requirements and quality standards.

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and verification of fixes.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase test coverage across various application modules.

Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing, to identify and report on software defects and inconsistencies.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), providing critical feedback on design, requirements, and implementation from a quality assurance perspective.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand user needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly software solutions.

Analyze test results, generate detailed reports on testing progress and defect status, and communicate findings effectively to project stakeholders.
