Position Summary
Axionis Marketing Solutions is seeking a motivated Events Marketing Associate who is ready to learn, communicate, and contribute to events marketing and on-ground campaign support. Training is provided, so the role is suitable for applicants who are new to sales and marketing. This role gives you exposure to customer service, communication, brand awareness, and campaign execution, all of which are useful skills across many industries. The position allows you to build transferable skills that can be useful across many roles, including communication, resilience, teamwork, customer service, and problem solving.

Main Duties
The role includes supporting promotional campaigns, speaking with customers, representing client brands, and working with the team to deliver a professional campaign experience.

Main areas of responsibility:
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness activities
- Participate in team discussions to improve campaign performance
- Coordinate with teammates to manage busy campaign periods
- Take part in training sessions and apply feedback on the ground
- Maintain consistency in customer service and presentation
- Assist with event coordination and customer traffic flow
