The Opportunity
This Customer Outreach Associate role gives you hands-on experience in customer outreach and campaign conversations. Instead of being limited to desk-based tasks, you will take part in live campaigns, customer conversations, and event-based promotional activities. The team environment is collaborative, with support provided during onboarding and regular sharing of best practices to help new joiners improve quickly. As you gain experience, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your learning, ask questions, and apply feedback during live campaign situations.

In this position, you will be involved in customer conversations, campaign support, brand representation, and promotional activities. The role is practical and hands-on, giving you the chance to learn communication techniques, customer service habits, and basic sales presentation through real campaign exposure.
