Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support our Equipment Division from our Seremban headquarters. You will be the key liaison between our customers, sales team, and internal operations — ensures smooth order processing, timely communication, and excellent service delivery.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or coordination role
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Good computer skills (MS Office, email)
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to multitask
Experience in agriculture, equipment, or B2B industry is a plus
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing via phone and email
Coordinate with the sales and operations team on order fulfilment and delivery schedules
Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and correspondence
Follow up on outstanding orders, payments, and after-sales matters
Provide general administrative support to the Equipment Division
