  • Prior payroll or HR experience is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on time

  • Maintain employee leave and payroll records

  • Assist in handling payroll-related inquiries and issues

  • Process employee claims, reimbursements, and other expense applications

  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company policies

  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports
