Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Candidates with experience or knowledge in the renovation and construction industry are preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the manager, including scheduling, document preparation and updating databases.
Assist with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and office activities.
Manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Support team members in project coordination, task management, and follow-up activities.
Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office operations.
