Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Proficiency in managing sales documentation, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.

  • Strong understanding of the automotive market and common sales processes.

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, sales teams, and management.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and organized approach to administrative tasks and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, order details, and sales performance data, utilizing the company's CRM system.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Organize and manage sales-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Process and prepare vehicle sales documentation.

  • Coordinate vehicle registration, loan, insurance, and delivery matters.

  • Liaise with Sales Advisors, Customers, Finance, and relevant authorities.

  • Monitor booking status and registration progress.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

  • Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
