Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, events, or team supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of promoters during promotional campaigns and events

• Brief, train, and guide promoters on products and campaign objectives

• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved

• Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and deployment

• Coordinate promotional activities and resolve operational issues on-site

• Ensure promotional materials, equipment, and stock are adequately managed

• Prepare and submit campaign performance reports

• Maintain effective communication with management and clients

• Guide and conduct monthly stocktake process

• Handling POS system, Stock transfer in/out

• Handling daily report

• Money Management (Daily Cash Sales)

• Handling repair service & enquiry
