Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and standard office data management systems.

Ability to work reliably under pressure and meet tight statutory deadlines.

Provide administrative support to the patent team, including managing files, updating data, and monitoring deadlines.

Handle the data entry of patent records, ensuring absolute accuracy with official patent numbers, filing dates, and priority data.

Prepare and organize official forms and supporting documents for filing with patent registries.

Assist in tracking and routing incoming correspondence, search reports, and official actions from patent offices.

Maintain digital and physical document archiving systems to ensure records are easily retrievable.
