• Minimum SPMV/SPM or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Able to follow work instructions and production drawings.

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.

• Detail-oriented with good quality awareness.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Perform quality inspections during the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards
• Operate assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Record production data and output accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management
• Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve production targets
