Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Certificate or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate familiar with SQL System will be added advantage. Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Prepare, sort, post / emailing and ensure accuracy in daily invoicing tasks.
Prepare and send monthly customer account statements.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via calls and emails.
Day to day accounting operation activities and functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Purchase office supplies, refreshments, stationery and equipment.
Handle company vehicle road tax, insurance renewals and claims.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
