Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Familiar with payroll processing and Malaysian labor laws.
  • Experience in handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and leave administration.
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Administer statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee training, welfare activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Support ISO documentation and ensure HR records are properly maintained.
  • Handle general administrative duties and assist management on ad-hoc assignments.
