Full Time Supply Chain Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 + bonus in Pyrogen Manufacturing Selangor - Maukerja

As a manufacturer of internationally-certified fire suppression systems, we are hiring a Supply Chain Executivetosupport and coordinate our day-to-day logistics, procurement, and inventory planning operations. You'll work closely with our supply chain team — learning end-to-end operations across three core pillars: getting materials in, managing suppliers & customers, and ensuring we always have the right inventories on hand to fulfil orders on time.

Fresh graduates with an eye for detail and strong organisational skills are encouraged to apply. Guidance and mentorship are provided.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Any exposure to logistics coordination, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations or demand planning (via internship or part-time work) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Organised and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset — comfortable reading demand data, stock reports, and purchase histories to make informed decisions.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP or MRP systems is a plus.

• Proactive, reliable, and a collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics Operations

• Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal warehouse teams.

• Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies or delays promptly.

• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and logistics reports.

• Liaise with operations and warehouse teams on stock movements and storage arrangements.

Procurement

• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers for goods and services.

• Support the preparation of purchase orders; track fulfilment and follow up on outstanding deliveries.

• Help maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and contract documentation.

• Support vendor negotiations and coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

Inventory & Materials Planning

• Monitor stock levels of materials and parts to ensure sufficient supply for upcoming production runs and order fulfilment.

• Analyse sales orders and demand forecasts to anticipate material requirements weeks and months ahead.

• Raise replenishment requests proactively to prevent shortfalls, stockouts, or production stoppages.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to keep supply aligned with demand.
