Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Demonstrated ability in customer service, with a focus on building rapport and understanding customer needs.

Proficiency in applying various sales techniques and objection handling strategies to achieve targets.

Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic, committed to attending the onsite position in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.

Effectively communicate product benefits and features to prospective clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.

Build rapport with customers through engaging conversations, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally to maintain positive interactions and secure interest.

Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team based on customer interest and needs.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary customer information.

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion rates as set by management.

Stay updated on product knowledge, sales scripts, and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information.

Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and feedback on customer interactions and market trends.
