Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.
Strong team leadership abilities, including motivating, coaching, and developing staff to achieve operational excellence.
Experience in conducting effective staff training programs covering service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
Thorough understanding and implementation of food safety standards and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
In-depth knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverage preparation, including quality control and presentation.
Proficiency in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
Skilled in inventory management, including ordering, stock control, waste reduction, and cost management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to manage day-to-day cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and problem-solving.

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive customer traffic and sales.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
Maintain the cafe's ambiance and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers and staff.
