Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.

  • Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.

  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients visiting Kulim Topwheels (Langkawi).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at our Langkawi location.

  • Familiarity with automotive product knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly about Toyota vehicles and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding Toyota vehicles and services in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring a positive ownership experience throughout their journey with Kulim Topwheels.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments while keeping the customer informed of the progress and resolution.

  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, direct interactions, and online channels to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system, documenting all interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience, facilitating smooth transitions and addressing any inter-departmental customer-related issues.

  • Assist in organizing and executing customer events, promotional activities, and loyalty programs to foster community and strengthen brand affinity.
