Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
Posses own transport and willing to travel. (Having a car is an added advantage)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude, passion for technology and strong self discipline.
High level of accountability and reliability
Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
To provide day-to-day IT support and delivery of PC / Laptops to customers
To attend customer service calls in a timely manner.
To install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, system, networks.
To diagnose and resolve technical issues, both onsite or remotely.
To install, configure and upgrade hardware, software and applications for customers.
To ensure all customers log tickets are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
To work in a team to resolve technician issues.
