Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, Sales, or Marketing.

Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide hiring market insights.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Coordinate interviews, background checks, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment records, HR systems, and hiring reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
