Job Description

Requirements

  • High school /diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or automotive service role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer skills.
  • A passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
  • Inspect vehicles with customers to identify damage or needed repairs.
  • Provide customers with detailed estimates for service and repairs.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service bay schedule.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding service status and updates.
  • Process customer payments and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
  • Advise customers on warranty protections and service package options.
