Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
1-2 years of working experience in relevant industry.
Certification/Diploma in Supply Chain, Purchasing or related fields will be an advantage.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Dealing a lot with Mandarin speaking suppliers and customers)
Required skills: Communication, Negotiation, Attention to Detail, Interpersonal skill, Prioritization,
Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedures for Warehouse, Supply Chain
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with purchasing software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Character & Work Location:
Well-organized, pro-active and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Pandan Indah Area
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 1pm
Responsibilities
Issue PR and PO
Source and compare supplier quotations
Coordinate with suppliers on delivery and pricing
Check DO and invoices against PO
Maintain purchasing records and documentation
Provide administrative support to the purchasing function
