Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding and training activities.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Provide support for employee engagement initiatives and events.
Conduct research on HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
