Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field. Majors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines are preferred.

Work Experience:

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to conduct effective online communication.
• Familiar with the operation and management of major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
• Able to plan and execute events, with strong capability in improving user engagement.
• Good teamwork skills, positive work attitude, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools and able to regularly report community activity and engagement performance

• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality, enjoys communicating with people.
• Possesses innovative thinking and able to propose creative activities and engagement ideas.
• Able to withstand certain work pressure and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

• Responsible for the daily management and high-frequency engagement of core communities such as FB Groups / IG Groups / TG Groups, improving group activity (Engagement) and retention rate.

• Assist in managing other social media platforms to ensure engagement content aligns with the brand tone.

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Plan, organize, and execute both online and offline activities to enhance fan engagement and interaction rate.

• Respond promptly to community members’ inquiries, and maintain a positive community atmosphere and brand image.
