1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

2. Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

3. Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Positive attitude and proactive approach.

Procurement

• Source and purchase materials, products, and services based on operational requirements. Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Distribution & Delivery

• Coordinate and monitor product distribution and delivery activities to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment. Liaise with warehouses, transport providers, and customers to resolve delivery issues and maintain service excellence.

Logistics

• Manage inventory movement, shipment scheduling, warehouse coordination, and transportation processes. Ensure smooth supply chain operations, optimize logistics costs, and maintain accurate records of stock and shipment activities.

Compliance & System Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate documentation, update system records, monitor data integrity, and support continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes.
