Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Design or related field.

• 5+years relevant experience, at least 2 years in medium/large construction / civil company.

• Experience in industrial workshop projects(semiconductor/data center/food/pharma preferred).

• Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of construction laws & regulations. Good English & Mandarin

• Must have construction Background and foreign project experience.

Skills

• Develop and execute project plans and progress control.

• Monitor the overall project schedule and conduct meetings.

• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and site activities.

• Ensure safety and quality compliance on-site.

• Manage equipment, materials and resources efficiently.

• Maintain construction order, safety and environmental standards.

• Handle emergencies, analyze progress ,and implement improvements Job
