Proactive and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

No prior recruitment experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of recruitment activities.

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
