Assist Management in day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping

Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are met

Proactively follow up on pending tasks and resolve operational issues

Support daily business operations including order processing and logistics coordination

Assist in improving workflows and operational efficiency

Monitor and report operational issues or bottlenecks

Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks or risks when necessary

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Support sales and business development activities where required

Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding operational requirements

Compile and analyze data for management reporting

Track project progress, operational performance, and key metrics

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

Gain exposure across multiple departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.)

Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by Management

Continuously learn and adapt to different business functions
