Kelayakan

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting and administration.

  • Experience in handling basic accounting functions and office administration.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Mandarin language proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business associates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.

  • Experience supervising junior staff is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Assist in maintaining full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

  • Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.

  • Maintain accounting records and filing.

  • Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

  • Support auditors and tax agents during annual audits.

Administration

  • Manage daily office administration activities.

  • Maintain company records, licenses, and insurance documents.

  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and service providers.

  • Ensure proper filing and document control.

HR & Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll and staff claims processing.

  • Maintain employee records and leave administration.

  • Support staff welfare and benefit programs.

  • Assist in onboarding and resignation documentation.

General

  • Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors, suppliers, and government agencies.

  • Support management with administrative and financial matters.

  • Assist in improving work processes and office efficiency.
