Responsibilities
Overview:
We are hiring a Marketing Lead to lead brand partnerships, coordinate with marketing on campaigns, and secure strategic event spaces. This role involves PR collaboration and the use of AI tools to enhance proposals and content delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development Strategy
Develop and implement business development plans that align with company goals and marketing strategies.
Identify and explore new retail channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
2. Mall Engagement & Event Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping malls and retail space providers.
Secure prime locations for fairs, pop-ups, and roadshows.
Coordinate event logistics with internal teams for smooth execution.
3. Strategic Partnerships
Initiate and manage co-branding or promotional collaborations with well-known F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Lead end-to-end partnership processes including proposal, negotiation, execution, and review.
Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of each collaboration project.
4. Sales & Channel Expansion
Support the expansion of retail presence through identifying new distribution opportunities (e.g. convenience stores, specialty counters, collaborations).
Analyze sales impact and channel performance to inform expansion strategy.
5. Public Relations & Brand Visibility
Act as the company’s external-facing liaison for media, shopping malls, and partners.
Coordinate with media, journalists, and PR agencies to release press materials and manage brand image.
Collaborate with Marketing to organize media events and maintain consistent messaging across public channels.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives with brand objectives.
Provide strategic input to support new product launches or campaign rollouts.
7. Market Intelligence
Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Present insights and actionable suggestions to senior management for continuous improvement.
8. Reporting & Communication
Prepare business development reports, partner updates, and performance evaluations.
Ensure timely follow-up, communication, and alignment with all internal and external stakeholders.
9. AI Tools & Efficiency Optimization
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, Canva) to support proposal writing, content creation, data insights, and process improvements.
Stay updated on emerging AI applications relevant to business development and marketing collaboration.
