Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
● 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration preferred
● Able to communicate in English, BM, and Mandarin is an advantage
● Knowledge in recruitment, payroll support, and HR administration
● Familiar with office procurement, vendor sourcing, and quotation comparison
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently
Responsibilities
● Manage full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
● Handle employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
● Support payroll preparation, claims, and general HR administration
● Assist in office administration including procurement and vendor management
● Coordinate company events, training, and employee engagement activities
● Support HR policies, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
