Requirements
Proficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, for effective communication.

High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma is preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update customer information, product details, and sales data into the company's CRM and inventory management systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for important documents, invoices, and records.
Generate basic reports on data entry activities and provide summaries as needed to support sales and administrative teams.
Assist in managing and updating product catalogs and price lists, ensuring all information is current and readily accessible.
Support the sales team by preparing sales-related documents, such as order forms and quotations, based on data entry.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data flow and contribute to the overall accuracy of company records.
