Requirements
Candidates must possess a least Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
At least 3 year working experience as a Maintenace Supervisor or Executive preferably in a Shopping Complex environment.
Experience in electrical, plumbing and repairing works.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
Independent, reliable with high integrity and takes initiative.
Responsibilities
To lead the technical team on the day-to-day operations of SOGO Merdeka 118.
To advise and lead the team to ensure the building system is properly functioning and maintained.
To ensure works are carried out in accordance with all safety specifications and in compliance to SOP.
Must be able to produce and compile the required M&E service reports for reporting purposes.
