Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.

Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

Liaise with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Manage sales-related documentation and filing systems.
