• Experience: Proven experience as a livestream host, presenter, content creator, or in direct sales. Familiarity with the fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.

• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shop, including their features, trends, and audience behaviors.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication with the ability to articulate technical product specifications in a highly accessible and exciting way.

• Stamina & Adaptability: High energy levels with the stamina to maintain a charismatic on-camera presence for extended periods. Ability to think on your feet and adapt to live technical issues or shifting viewer dynamics.

• Brand Alignment: A genuine interest in product design and brand marketing, with an aesthetic sense that aligns with our target market.

• Host & Sell: Lead highly energetic and interactive livestreams (ranging from 2 to 4 hours) focused on driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and hitting daily/weekly sales targets.

• Product Storytelling: Showcase products dynamically on camera. Effectively communicate specific design details, colorway options (from safe/classic to daring/bold), and material advantages (e.g., micro-fibre leather, water resistance) to educate and convert viewers.

• Audience Engagement: Monitor the live chat, answer customer questions instantly, handle objections, and call out viewers by name to foster a strong community connection.

• Strategic Execution: Execute targeted promotional strategies during streams, including flash sales, exclusive discount drops, and product launch reveals.
