Kelayakan

  • Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for daily tasks.

  • Strong administrative support skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to assist the sales team with various sales support activities, such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing sales documentation.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

  • A proactive and organized individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Onsite presence at Leisure Commerce Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia is required.

Tanggungjawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and filed correctly.

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM system) with accurate and current information.

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing basic product information, order status updates, and directing complex issues to the appropriate sales representative.

  • Assist with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and tracking sales performance.

  • Manage inventory of sales collateral and promotional materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely distribution.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
