Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, specialists, and decision-makers within your assigned territory.
Product Promotion & Education: Expertly present and demonstrate our medical device portfolio, effectively communicating clinical applications, features, and benefits to diverse audiences.
Patient Support & After-Sales Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring timely, empathetic, and accurate responses. Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including product usage guidance, troubleshooting, and proactive follow-ups to guarantee patient satisfaction and the optimal performance of our devices.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones, consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market data, providing timely and accurate reports to management.
