Full Time Property Executive (Sales) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 + commission in Mah Sing Properties WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• To be duty at sales gallery, roadshow, and to support marketing events.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, propose and create suitable property solutions to ensure a smooth sales journey.

• Generate new sales leads through marketing campaigns, social media, events, business directories, and client referrals, etc.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential buyers.

• To achieve sales target and conversion that set by management through sales activities.

• Achieve a minimum of 30% in-house sales vs targets.

• To achieve strong loyalty of customers to company.

• Contribute to positive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Internal Customer Experience Survey (ICES) results.

• Acquire high lead-to-booking conversion rate.

• Conduct market research to monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities, and provide insights to management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in property development / real estate or related industry.

• Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

• Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
