Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skilled in document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading various types of correspondence and reports.
Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Experience in meticulous record keeping and maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with office management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to assist colleagues.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and organize company records and filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in various databases and systems.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by proactively identifying and addressing administrative needs.
