Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in maintenance, service management, or a supervisory position.

Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.

Lead, supervise, and train the Maintenance & Service team on repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures for Automated Waste Collection Systems (AWCS).

Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and minimise downtime.

Prepare costing proposals and manage service contract negotiations, warranties, and technical specifications.

Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities and service contracts.

Manage departmental budgets, cash flow, and oversee customer debt collection activities.

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely service delivery.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
