Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Sales Support / Administration
Prepare sales quotations and assist in project delivery coordination.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up when required.
Assist in general administrative work, including basic document filing and record keeping.
Purchasing / Store Support
Assist in Purchase Order preparation and supplier follow-up.
Coordinate with suppliers on material availability and delivery status.
Assist in basic store control, stock checking and inventory record updates when required.
