Bachelor's Degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as an Optometrist.

Valid license to practice optometry in Malaysia.

Proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing various eye conditions.

Strong knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses, and dispensing procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and education.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat vision problems and eye diseases.

Prescribe corrective lenses, eyeglasses, and contact lenses based on patient needs and examination results.

Educate patients on proper eye care, contact lens hygiene, and the use of corrective lenses.

Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other specialists when necessary for further medical treatment.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, examination findings, and treatment plans.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry, diagnostic tools, and treatment options.

Manage and operate optometric equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
